![]() I witness employees of captain quarters swiping a card to let people in the pool gate on the south side of the building. You could enjoy the pool area for so many people. I told her there was two white females and 2 of Captain Quarter house cleaning ladies standing beside a grey van smoking marijuana. So, I told her she either come stop these people in the parking garage from smoking marijuana or else I was calling the law, she stated she would have somebody to come down but she doubt they would be able to pinpoint where it was coming from. She stated this is the supervisor you talking to. ![]() I called front office and ask the lady working the desk for upper management, she stated she was the "supervisor and this is all you going to get." I ask her who was the manager in charge, or I wanted the corporate office. ![]() During out time there all you could smell was marijuana in the hall's ways, in the pool area. No one ever showed my husband went to the Dollar General and bought air fresher and cleaning products to clean the room with.We were there from Thursday sept 1st until Sept 5th. Upon arrival the room smell of mildew, Mu husband called the front office and told them someone needed to come clean the room. On Thursday Sept 1,2022, We arrived at Captain Quarters, We were in room 126. I also strongly believe that the health department should be visitng this particular hotel, as it is definitely not "up to code." I am requesting the full refund that Captain's Quarter's owes me. Please review my uploaded detailed emails. I will pass it on." Again, I have not heard from Captain's Quarter since. I then received an email from "Spencer" on 08/22/22 at 10:22 pm, stating, "I received it. I did as advised and re-sent the original email as well as an update on 08/22/22 at 6:18 pm. He advised me to send the email again to the same email address and he will notify the "Front Desk Manager" to review it on the day shift and hopefully I will receive a prompt response. Chris? stated that it was his first eveing there, as he is a new employee and he couldn't get into the system that I sent this email to, however he verified that I sent it to the correct email address. 5:50 pm and spoke to Chris?, a supervisor to inquire about my requested refund/email. ![]() I did contact the hotel on on 08/22/22 at approx. I have received no response from Captain's Quarter's to this date. This email details our horrible experience at this hotel. I have uploaded an email that I sent to Captain's Quarter's on 08/10/22. I believe that Captin's Quarter's owes me a refund of $265.55 because my hotel stay of less than 17 hours did not meet basic safety codes or health inspections and Captain's Quarter's is engaging in multiple instances of false advertisement per their website. I did not receive a full refund on my initial deposit of $310.75, which was charged initially on February 13, 2022. We made a reservation for this past Thursday through Saturday at Captain Quarters.we were arriving late that night and my daughter tried more than 5 times to contact front desk to let them know.no one never answered the phone nor 4 attempted emails.then we arrived we went to the room and there was a moldy smell in the suite plus there were stained towels folded in the bathroom.I had to spray down the whole suite because there were several cockroaches running around and this is completely unacceptable plus all of the furniture was scratched, there was rust in the bathtub plus my 2 year old could not play in the kiddie pool area because the pool had not been cleaned.there were large dead bugs floating all over.and please don't blame it on the hurricane there is no excuse not to clean the pool whenever you're expecting guests.overall the stay was a disaster and I won't be booking until some modifications are made for improvement.this is not how you treat patrons that do business with you. ![]()
